INFOCEL
I recently acquired this unit but have no other information about it. I would be interested in getting copies of any documentation and manuals for it, or even stories from people who've used it. If you have anything that might help, please send me an e-mail.

This is a handheld data device powered by four Energizer A76 and two Duracell D364 coin cell batteries. On the back it has what looks to be two 7-pin connectors. The hand-written label on the EPROM has a 1985 date.

The device contains:

  • an RCA CDP1802CE microprocessor
  • an RCA CDP1879 real-time clock
  • two HM6264LFP 8K x 8 static RAMs
  • a Hitachi NH27C64 8Kx8 EPROM (socketed)
  • a MM74C373 3-state octal D-type latch
  • an Optrex DMC-16207-A single-line LCD display
